Meet Serena

Lead Trainer, Founder | NESTA Certified Trainer + Fitness Coach

There’s no better time than right now to play a bigger game. When I first started coaching in 2008, I didn’t know the impact I could have on people’s lives. I quickly learned the power of self-development through dicipline; fitness was at the core. Having worked with hundreds of people, helping them transform their mindsets, routines + bodies, I’m hopeful that we can connect in a way that takes you from the bottom to the top.

The journey with my company SerenaFit has gone from basic bootcamp classes, to a high-quality, live, two-way training experience matched with an undenable skill set my coaching team brings to our online platform. I aim to always put the client first, listen + deliver a program that provides relevance + meaning to their fitness goals.

Saba Danawala

Saba is an internationally certified 200-hour (RYT-200) and an 85-hour prenatal and postnatal yoga (RPYT-85) and yoga for labor and delivery. Originally from the USA, she is now based in Sydney, Australia. She is also a mental and public health professional, which means she is able to both recognize each pregnancy as unique but also create a community of women on the motherhood journey together. She’s been passionately teaching pre and postnatal yoga for over two years now and holding this space for new and veteran moms. 

Saba’s classes incorporate a balance of strengthening flow followed by restorative poses that help you gently open those tight areas of your body. She roots her own practice in principles of inclusivity, self-love, and healthy body image. Grab your mat, come with a present mind, and leave feeling rejuvenated! Namaste, yogis!

Ella Cuda

Ella has a BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts, over 300 hours of Vinyasa Yoga training and most recently completed the 450 hour Drexel Pilates Training Program. Ella is a passionate yoga and Pilates practitioner and instructor. She loves helping others discover their own unique sustainable movement practice they can practice anytime, anywhere.

Ella’s class is grounded in alignment, linked by breath, and layered with mindfulness techniques and self-inquiry. Inspired by her background in dance, her teaching style is fluid and challenging. She’s also a tea enthusiast, nature lover and devoted sister who loves to go out dancing and eat late night tacos!
