More about the Online Studio

When you think of SerenaFit, we want you to think about quality. Quality workouts, coaches, experiences + an engaging community. We’re a team of coaches who are true professionals. We do this for a living + are passionate about our workouts. Whether you’re taking an online class or are personal training, expect to learn things from us along the way. We hope to stand out in your mind as a workout option that keeps you coming back to not only get stronger but to inspire you to build a life you love. 

How we connect with you

All of our online classes + online personal training sessions take place inside our Zoom workout studio. Zoom is a video conferencing platform that is free for you to use as a SerenaFit client or member + is easy to navigate.

This is a live two-way experience so we can see and hear each other just like we were in the same room together. Once you sign up for one of our online programs, you’ll get all the information you need to enter The Studio for your first workout. Anybody can do it! We suggest working out with us for a few weeks to establish your workout routine + try all of our online classes to find your favorites.

      What equipment do I need to participate in online classes?
      We suggest having 3-15lb free weights available and some resistance bands. This will depend on your fitness level. If you’re traveling, not to fear. We will suggest alternative exercises for you. Other than that, a safe open space + bodyweight will do the trick!
      Is there an enrollment fee for the online class memberships?

      Of course not! We’re giving you a free 7-days with any online class membership option in which you can cancel anytime. No fees other than your monthly subscription. 

      What if I want to cancel my membership?

      That’s totally fine! Just use your account page to manage your membership or email us Serena@serenafit.com. You can cancel at anytime. Refunds are available on a case by case basis. 

      Can a friend join my session or join me in one of the online classes?

      Friends are always welcome, first time free. If they want to continue training with you in a private setting or in class we’re happy to set them up with their own membership so they can have access to their own account.
