Wondering how to sign in to your class? Check out these instructions on how to get logged in!

How are you signing in today

Please use these tips and suggestions depending on the device you’re using to attend class.

iPhone/Cellphone

  • Download the free Zoom app for the easiest entry into your class. Follow this link to download for IOS devices. Follow this link to download for Android Devices.
  • Once you’re in the room, we suggest putting the cell phone on the floor about 4-8ft away from where you’re standing to workout. Have it angled up. Your coach will be able to see you better than you may think!
  • Back away from the screen so the coaches can see at least 80% of your body.
  • Ensure that your cell’s volume is turned up. Using wireless headphones or Airpods are suggested but not required. They help you to hear better if you’re in a noisy environment.
  • Be sure to sign in a full 5 minutes early to set your space up and be ready for a prompt start.

iPad/Tablet

  • Download the free Zoom app for the easiest entry into the class. Follow this link to download for IOS devices. Follow this link to download for Android Devices.
  • Once you’re in the room, we suggest placing your tablet on the ground like your cell phone or on a table/surface no more than 2-4ft high. If the tablet is up too high your coach may have trouble analyzing your form.
  • Ensure that your tablet’s volume is turned up. Using wireless headphones or Airpods are suggested but not required. They help you to hear better if you’re in a noisy environment.
  • Be sure to sign in a full 5 minutes early to set your space up and be ready for a prompt start.

Laptop/Desktop

  • Enter class through the link provided in your registration email.
  • If this is your first time accessing a class, you may be prompted to download the Zoom app. If so, please download the app and then access your class.
  • Keep your laptop on a surface no higher than 2-3 ft. If the computer is up too high your coach may have trouble analyzing your form.
  • Tilt the screen up and down a few times to get the best angle where your body is at least 80% of the frame or try backing away from the screen.
  • Ensure that your computer’s volume is turned up. Using wireless headphones or Airpods are suggested but not required. They help you to hear better if you’re in a noisy environment.
  • Be sure to sign in a full 5 minutes early to set your space up and be ready for a prompt start.

Logging in through your Member Hub

  • Go to https://www.serenafit.com/login and login to your account.
  • Once logged in, it should redirect you to your member hub. If not, in the menu bar it should say “Member Hub” in your navigation bar on the top. Click that button.
  • Once on the Member Hub, click on the link to login to either Studio A or Studio B, depending on which class you registered for.
  • Once you click on the button, you may be prompted to download the Zoom App. Download the app to get logged into your class.
