Online Fitness Classes

Drop-in to one of our online classes and experience a semi-private group workout via Zoom. Choose from a variety of 30-minute circuit classes offered everyday. Sign in from your home, hotel room, vacation spot or gym and stay SerenaFit, anywhere!

Online Personal Training

Group fitness not your thing? Match up with Serena or one of our certified personal trainers for a private online session. These 30-minute sessions are custom to you and can include anything from boxing to low impact routines or core stability to strength training.

Classes to fit any workout style

live sessions

All of our classes are built to address total body wellness as efficiently and effectively as possible. Our members are always telling us that time is tight and it is hard to find a work/life balance that includes gym time. So, we created 30-minute sessions that get you in and out! Expect to get real-time feedback from our coaches just like you were in a gym, without all the sweaty gym equipment.

Our classes are taught in real-time so you can get help on form corrections, and be guided and motivates through your workout. Each class in the SerenaFit Online Training Studio offers a different focus so you can sign-up for the ones you really need or prefer. We try to switch up our circuits to keep variety in your workouts, so expect to be challenged in a number of ways, every week!

Muscle Groups

Training based on muscle group can help define + strengthen your muscles effectively. Choose from our Upper Body, Lower Body and Core classes to work through some of our favorite moves like Lateral Raises, Walking Lunges, Pike-ups and Plank Twists. Try them all to find your favorite!

Restorative

With classes like Free Form, Power Yoga + Vinyasa your body can unwind. These classes are perfect to pair with your busy schedules; recenter and refocus. Expect to stretch, focus on postures and work through tight spots to improve flexibility over time. We know you’ll love these classes.

Total Body

Start your day with a total body workout that will leave you feeling strong + accomplished. Expect functional movements using bodyweight, free weights and resistance bands. Exercises like Thrusters, Inchworm to push-up and V-sit to bicep curls are a few examples of what to expect.

Lead Trainer, Founder | NESTA Certified Trainer + Fitness Coach

There’s no better time than right now to play a bigger game. When I first started coaching in 2008, I didn’t know the impact I could have on people’s lives. I quickly learned the power of self-development through dicipline; fitness was at the core. Having worked with hundreds of people, helping them transform their mindsets, routines + bodies, I’m hopeful that we can connect in a way that takes you from the bottom to the top.

The journey with my company SerenaFit has gone from basic bootcamp classes, to a high-quality, live, two-way training experience matched with an undenable skill set my coaching team brings to our online platform. I aim to always put the client first, listen + deliver a program that provides relevance + meaning to their fitness goals.

Saba Danawala

Saba is an internationally certified 200-hour (RYT-200) and an 85-hour pregnancy (RPYT-85) yoga alliance instructor. Originally from the USA, she is now based in Lahore, Pakistan. She also holds her master’s degree in public health and is an active writer.

Saba’s classes incorporate a balance of strengthening flow followed by restorative poses that help you gently open those tight areas of your body. She roots her own practice in principles of inclusivity, self-love, and healthy body image. Grab your mat, come with a present mind, and leave feeling rejuvenated! Namaste, yogis!

Brittani Mohney

Britney loves the outdoors, hunting, playing softball, lifting, and being super active. She’s all about family, friends and living life to the fullest. She’s competed in powerlifting and is currently training to compete in her first figure competition. She’s also a NASM certified personal trainer, a Strong by Zumba Instructor, and she’s just finished her CES (Corrective Exercise Science) certification.

Tesha Crockett

Tesha is NASM certified, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a registered Yoga Alliance 200 RYT yoga instructor, and a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist. She holds two master’s degrees, one in Sports Psychology and one in Exercise Rehabilitation Science, with an Advance Graduate Certificate in Public Health. Currently she is completing her Health Coaching Certification and her CHP.

Tesha loves bringing fitness and health to all those she meets. She takes pride in meeting people wherever they are on the fitness journey. She is a huge sports enthusiast, she enjoys playing and watching almost every sport!

Ella Cuda

Ella has a BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts, over 300 hours of Vinyasa Yoga training and most recently completed the 450 hour Drexel Pilates Training Program. Ella is a passionate yoga and Pilates practitioner and instructor. She loves helping others discover their own unique sustainable movement practice they can practice anytime, anywhere.

Ella’s class is grounded in alignment, linked by breath, and layered with mindfulness techniques and self-inquiry. Inspired by her background in dance, her teaching style is fluid and challenging. She’s also a tea enthusiast, nature lover and devoted sister who loves to go out dancing and eat late night tacos!
